TO ØL – FIRST FRONTIER IPA (on Draught)
This is an IPA “the American way”, no sticky-sweet malt profile, just the real deal potent and aromatic hops. The result is a refreshingly dry, fresh and bitter IPA, heavily dryhopped with the three American hop varieties warrior, simcoe and centennial.
SPECIAL SELECTION
Cigar City Brewing – Jai Alai IPA 7.5% (bottle)
Pours copper in color with notes of citrus and tropical fruit in the aroma. Flavor has upfront citrus bitterness with a hint of caramel and citrus and tropical fruit hop notes in the finish.
Weyerbacher – Double Simcoe IPA 9% (bottle)
The brewers have brewed a Double IPA using exclusively Simcoe Hops! This west coast Hops was created in 2000 by Select Botanicals, Inc. and carries a fantastic flavor profile abounding with citrusy-grapefruit, piney, resiny notes that pushes this Double IPA over the top.
Weyerbacher – Old Heathen 8% (bottle)
Rich, velvety and deliciously complex, Weyerbacher Old Heathen is a truly distinctive winter warmer. We use seven types of malt and two varieties of hops
to bring forth this big brew. Quite robust and roasty on the palate, Weyerbacher Old Heathen has a wonderfully fruity nose and a moderately dry finish.
Maui Brewing Co. – CoCoNut Porter 6% (can)
Coconut Porter is a classic robust porter spiced with all natural toasted coconut. It is black in color and crowned with a creamy, dark tan head. It begins with a malty-toasted-coconut aroma followed by a rich, silky mouthfeel with tastes of dark malt, chocolate, and hints of coffee. It then finishes with flavors of toasted coconut and hoppy spice to balance the finish.
Maui Brewing Co. – Big Swell IPA 6.8% (can)
Big Swell IPA is a fresh handcrafted India Pale Ale brewed with huge amounts of American hops and malted barley…dry hopped to perfection!
